Start by setting up an account.

If you have completed a lease and submitted a security deposit for one of our properties then you should have received an email invitation to join TurboTenant. Make sure that you have accepted the invitation and created an account for yourself.

What is TurboTenant?

TurboTenant is the property management software that we use to manage your property. You will use your new TruboTenant account to pay rent, pay applicable utility bills, and submit maintenance requests. Also use the platform for Landlord + Tenant communication.

Move-in Ready

Here’s a list of items to help you prepare for your move into one of our properties!

✔ Schedule a move-in date and walkthrough.

✔ During your walkthrough, we will give you the keys to your home and go through a property condition checklist.

✔ Let your new neighbors know if you will need to block their house and or parking on the day of your mover's arrival.

✔ Double-check what utilities you're responsible for setting up (please click the dropdown associated with your new address below for Utility information).

✔ Set up your TurboTenant account (you will receive an email invitation from us). This is where you will pay your rent utility bills when applicable, send landlord correspondence, and open maintenance requests.
